Pocket Watch Chronometro Gondolo
The Gondolo was named after the retailer in Rio de Janeiro, Gondolo et Labouriau, with whom Patek Philippe enjoied a successful business relationship between 1872 and 1927.
The collection initially consisted only of pocket watches, before the first wristwatches appeared in the 1920s.
This bond resulted in the creation of timepieces named the Chronometro Gondolo.
